Contrary to filthy_c.. remark, I am being completely honest and yes my wife reads my posts. I did cheat on my wife ONCE, this was 10 years ago. Why?, well like most men, I needed more intimacy in my marriage. I now know that I should of worked on our problem, but I took the easy way out and cheated instead. Long story short, my wife found out about the affair, she forgave me my MISTAKE (it really was a huge mistake), we talked about my needs and then we talked about her needs and we found our solution.

I am REALLY sorry that I cheated, I am not saying this because I know that my wife might read this, but because even though my wife has forgiven me and I have earned her trust back, I have deeply hurt the person I love most in the world and there is NOTHING I can do to take it back!

I for one can truly say I cheated on my wife. We have been together since the summer of 94 and after a while, the intimacy and sex wasn't there. We had kids which made the frustration worse and I regret ever doing it. I fessed up and she forgave me but there is a certain level of trust that isn't there anymore. I am OK with this because it's something I decided to live with and everyday of my life I try to win her heart and trust back little by little. She understood that I felt my needs sexually weren't being met. We sought counseling and worked it out...I am a very lucky man because I still love my wife immensely.

I'm going through a second divorce but I never cheated on any of my wives. Stayed to busy to think of such things.

you forget - these answers follow people around like toilet paper on a shoe.

i am suspecting you won't get too many guys blurting out - "yes, i cheated on my wife because i wanted more sex! and it was great!" or anything even close to that here.

don't expect perfect candor with an incriminating question - wives read their husband's responses, remember...

I cheated because I knew she had betrayed me. My wounds were so deep that I would never let anyone know I was married. I suspected she even slept with my step dad and 2 brothers.
It was awful. because that is not who I am today. It's been almost 9 years since we split...Amen

I did cause our sex life was boring. I did the talking, begging, and, pleading. I told her I wasn't happy and she did nothing to try and improve it. I got my tongue peirced, I bought videos and magazines, and she refused to try and make it better. So, when the opportunity arose, I went for it. I am not proud of what I had did, not by a long shot.

Well honestly im not married anymore, which that was one of the reasons. i dont make any excuses for it, but I think guys find it intriguing to have something there not suppose to. Its the excitement of something new and the thought of possibly getting caught. Thats just my thought
