We have the same problem too! It's a lady. She is on the "Assoc." Board where I live and she calls in about anyone's yards here with the slightest growth of weeds, or whatever!
Also she calls the City on us about parked cars , then they come over and hassle us!
The woman plays God!!!!!!
And she's annoying! She lectures the Culdesac neighbor kids and she doesn't have any herself! Who appointed her to be a "busybody!!!!!!"
She's been this way for the last 17 years, only last few years, she has gotten worse!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the key. If you are going to put up a shed. Do it on the weekend when the building inspectors are not on duty.

We used to have an @$$ho!e like that down the alley, but he moved away.

By the way, I have great neigbors on every side now. I guess that means I am the jerk...=)

Well yes, I do have one neighbor that is just a very lonely old man and I feel so ban for him. He has no one and he loves to pick on me. He hates that I feed the birds, he hates that I have dogs, he hates that I play music when I set outside. So every chance he gets he calls the HOA and turns me in for something. He has called the animal police on me several times. I finally took him over a thank you card and told thank you for watching out for me so much but that in my 53 years on this earth, I found it was much better to just talk to my neighbor myself instead of bringing other people into it, because we may need each other someday. He did not know what to say to me. I have not had a problem from that day on...

I've got a neighbor who's a huge jerk. He called the city on us because we had 5 cars, when in the city we're only allowed to have 4. He also abused his dog and we can often hear him yelling at his wife and children. I've never been very fond of him...

He is an *sshole. About 17 years ago he screeched out of his driveway and almost ran me over. He thought he was going to whip my *ss but the a city cop who witnessed this had other ideas. Him or his wh0re of a daughter has not said anything since and it stems from, he claims, a feud between his family and mine that dates back to the late 1600's.

Jerk isn't the word I would call my neighbor. We do not get along at all.
