When writing a five page essay, what exactly is a bibliography page? Is it the Work Cited page or something different?

No. The Works Cited and Bibliography are two different things.

The bibliography is a list of books/websites that you read to get background information about the topic your essay is on. It is the sources you read, but did not directly quote or paraphrase in your essay. Also, it helps give the reader of an essay a list of things they can read if they want more information on that topic.

The works cited page is strictly the books/websites you directly quotes/paraphrased in your essay. If you use it, it goes on the WC page.

A Bibliography page is an alphabetical list of authors and their book titles, while a work cited page lists the footnotes by the numbers beginning with the first (number 1) footnote. There are times when you have read information but have not formally cited anything in the book you've read.
