i was listening to my ipod and the battery was really low but right in the middle of the song it stopped and said on the screen "no battery power remains. please connect ipod to power" so the only way i have to charge my ipod's battery is to plug it into the USB thingy. so i did and my ipod still is like that and itunes didnt pop...i hope its not broken...please tell me what to do to fix it!! PLEASE!!! (btw im not all that intelligent when it comes to computers so explain with lots of details)!!!!!!

It's happened to me before...I know it's frustrating but just wait a little bit. Try restarting your ipod (search on apple if you don't know how to do that...I would tell you but I don't know what kind of ipod you have). Keep trying to turn it on and off and then try connecting it to your computer again. Don't worry, chances are it's not broken, you just have to wait. If it doesn't work tomorrow or something, take it to the apple store and they should be able to help you fix it.

uh.....go to the apple store. They'll fix it for sure, hun. =) good luck and what kind of ipod do you have?

also, try restarting it and restore it. Restoring it deletes everything, then fills it up again with the new stuff. Like cleaning out your ipod and put the new and old stuff you got.

once it charges enough, itunes will open.
