what on earth for ,it is far better to be circumcised for many reasons ,
better sex ,cleaner ,to start with ,to be uncut these days looks funny
i volunteered after i was 25 ,because my girlfriend at that time was Jewish ,but never regretted it
rather blamed my mother for not getting it done at birth when it is less painful

It is a good Q.
It is a bit like a name parents thrust on some.
But names can be changed; this cannot be undone.
Also, it sets one apart.

I know nothing about what goes behind all this tho. Just my 2 penny about the act.

If I were a guy, yes, I would blame my mother for FOLLOWING THE CROWD when it concerned bogus research based on not wanting little boys to masturbate. It has NOTHING to do with cleanliness, and everything to do with controlling how a person acts. All you have to do is read the writings of Dr. Kellogg in the early 1900's to see the facts as they are...yes, the same person who created Corn Flakes.

I have a question for YOU.... How would YOU feel if YOU were circumcised at birth? Then that is exactly how guys feel. I know that I would be p*ss*d off if I knew something like that happened against my will.

My mom didn't have me or any of her 7 sons unnecessarily disfigured and I am very thankful for that.

I am so happy that the majority answered that they are happy about it. As a woman, I think that circumcising is the cleanest, healthiest, and most appealing of the two options. I used to know a man who HAD to have it done as an ADULT.
I would think that would have to be far worse to go through. *sm*

I thank my parents for NOT doing it to me, and if someone did it to me now as an adult against my will, they can expect a long jail term. Which is what should happen to parents who do it to boys, or mutilate women.

I like to believe it when doctors say something isnt healthy, and many say it isnt healthy to go through like uncircumsized.

So I can honestly say im grateful.
