In my case, the more attractive your spouse sees you, the more protective he is when other men approach you.

Aggressive men don't necessarily have attractive spouses. Some beautiful women would prefer quiet and sensitive men. Aggressive men may choose to pursue attractive females but that doesn't mean that they succeed in getting them for a spouse.
