Genetics determine your breast size as well as your weight.
Check out your female relatives (mom, sister or aunt), this will let you know what size you'll be. For the most part, a woman's breasts consist of fat and connective tissue. But there are other, less conspicuous parts in the female breast, including milk ducts, lobes, lobules, arteries and lymph nodes.
Each breast has 15 to 20 sections (lobes). Each lobe is made up of many smaller structures (lobules) that end in tiny bulbs that can produce milk.
So, unless your overweight & lossed weight there aren't any other methods to reduce your breast size without surgery.

IF you are overweight, losing weight may help.

However, if you are at a healthy weight, I highly doubt that working out will help you reduce your breast size.

Breasts are made of dense breast tissue and fatty tissue. Depending on which one you have more of will be found out by working out and losing weight.

More dense tissue = you will NOT lose in the breast (this is what happened with me)

More fatty tissue = you will lose in the breast.

The only way to know is to lose weight first and find out.

If yours is more dense, the only solution is breast reduction surgery, which can be covered by your insurance and is totally worth it!
