In theory yes, but not exactly.
Geothermal usually assist the grid, it pushes KW's and MW's out to the grid. You still need the grid to support Voltage and VARs. Also most geothermal generators are synchronous, which means the generators align themselves up to the grid by frequency, voltage, and phase angle. Once all 3 align then it syncs to the grid and pushes KW. If there is no grid then they can't produce power because they can't sync to anything.
Now there is a way to make your question work, but it would be with a non-synchronous generator. Which they do use in other countries with out an established grid or remote towns. But they are not trying to hold voltage because of the small amount of power being used. Geothermal power pushing a non-synchronous generator works fine that way, but I think there is a efficiency issues when you have small generators trying to make enough voltage to power a factory.

The reason why I say yes but no. Yes use an non-synchronous generator and it will work, but the reality of getting a power plant built with those is slim to none. ORMAT makes almost all Geothermal Powerplants in the US and most of the world and I don't know of any plants they have built running non-synchronous generators. So hire an electrical engineer and ORMAT and you can have your wish.

Absolutely.

I'm not aware of any geothermal plants that are dedicated to provide electricity directly to factories, but they produce ample power. For example, the Beowawe geothermal plant near Battle Mountain, Nevada produces 16 MW of electricity 24 hours per day, 365 days per year into the local grid. That's 131 WW hours of clean greenhouse gas-free energy every year!

In Nevada, geothermal heat is used to dry onions and in iceland geothermal steam is used to heat most homes and buildings.

CERTAINLY IT CAN GENERATE ELECTRICITY WHICH IN TURN CAN POWER A FACTORY OR LIGHT YOUR HOME OR WHATEVER.
