Not good choices. When I go to have chicken chow mein, I ask them to make it with extra, extra veggies. That'll bring the nutrition factor up a little.

Hi Happy-go,
I would recommend Chicken Chow mien, because you are getting your protein, your carbs, your vegetables if they put any at that particular snack place, and this would hold you up until your main meal. Plus it is more healthier than fried food.

I'm a fan of fried won tons especially the kind with the cream cheese on the inside.

chicken chow mein for sure!!! THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! and the fried wontons aren't healthy or any good cuz they have all that fat i nit cuz it got fried
