Could some one please tell me the legal amount of rounds a handgun magazine can hold in Virginia?

There is no law in the Commonwealth of Virginia limiting the number of rounds a pistol's magazine can hold.

There is a law concerning the number of shells a shotgun can hold while hunting, though. I have given you a link to the Virginia State Police website concerning firearms.
