They are both a weak choice at the moment but Quinn Gray was able to start and win the game at QB for the Jags so Kurt Warner should be successful.

Unless you're in like a 15-team league, there must be someone on the waiver wire that's a more attractive play than Smith or Warner.
If it weren't for the match-up against the #2 Tampa Bay pass defense, I would give the nod to Warner. But, geez. What a couple of dogs to choose from.
