I'm just curious. I want to know the main reasons why people are dissatisfied with their jobs.

I don't have a actual job but I do work 24/7. I am a mom of 2 and a house wife. My job is never done. I love my job. Most job's though is because you'll either have a boss for a idiot or co~worker's for idiot's. Not unless it is your dream job that you've alway's wanted and espically went to College for, you'll never be happy. I am working on my dream job. I had 2 of them. I am living one of them now and working on my second.

I wasn't crazy about my last job, but I stuck with it simply because I couldn't get another one lined up quickly enough.

I do not exactly hate my job........I am on vacation this week and have done so many things....
No more M-F 8-5....I need some weekday time free!

well i did hate my job that's why i left it,the reasons is coz
1) working outdoor which means under the rain and the snow
2)meeting all the rude people
3)commission only
4) training some really idiots
so it was too much for unpatient person like me,so i simply left

Yes. "Cruella Devlle" as a supervisor. Getting paid on the 1st and 15th of the month, too long when it's 31 days in a month.
The PHONES...I hate Phones!

Well, i know that my uncle hated his job because of his co-worker!
If you aren't friends with them; or you dont get along some bad things can happen!

well, i'm 16 and i got a job as a swim instructor....and yes, if it wasn't for the commitment part, then i'd like my job.....

Nah! I love my job! However, I could give you a few reasons why people are dissatisfied with their jobs: -
1. Bad boss: I have found that approximately two-thirds of job dissatisfaction is caused by problems with the boss! People don't leave jobs, they leave bosses!
2. Bad work environment: Almost one third is caused by problems with the work environment!
3. Less than five percent of job dissatisfaction is caused by the work itself.

I am a school teacher and I love my job! It's hard work but very rewarding and a lot of fun!
