In an old Bruce Lee movie, he's fighting this guy and then lands a huge kick and the guy doe's flying away like a doll. It's clearly a dummy of the person he was fighting.
In Commando, with Arnold Schwarzeneger, he's driving a little yellow car that gets demolished. But as the camera cuts back and forth, sometimes the car is brand new, then its demolished again, back and forth.
In The Goonies, at the end Data says the Octopus was very scary, but they cut out the octopus scene entirely from the movie....oops. Its in the book though I heard.

The Shining - The youthful lad close to the beginning up of the action picture is eating a huge sandwich on the breakfast table and the digital camera flicks between him and his mom. At one element there is basically one chew mark out of the sandwich then at present after interestingly like he's taken 4 or 5 bites out of it. i understand he's extremely possessed n' all yet that's basically too creepy! lol

One of my favorite's in is the movie Jagged Edge with Jeff Bridges and Glen Close.
In opening statements court room scene, Glenn Close had on at least five different outfits. Each time the camera cut back to her, she was wearing something different.

In Bad Boys, there is a scene when the Captain of Police is talking to this red headed woman from Internal Affairs, the frame goes to the captains face and then cuts back to the the red headed woman and its an entirely different person.........!

In the movie DUNE, as the tank with Eric, the creature known as a 'Guild Navigator', is rolled out before the Emporer, on the left side one of the masked attendents trips over his cape and falls down.
It amazed me the directors did not cut this scene.

Pretty much everything in "Plan 9 from Outer Space" with my favorite being a fight between two characters in which they bump into a table. The vase or dish (or whatever it was) on the table starts to tip over but, because it was affixed to the table, stands right back up.
