Ok...Chem 1 honors stuff here...So we are doing half lives and crap like that. Well I need to find the average of the first five on my graph. And I dunno how to do that. How do I do it?

DON'T tell me the answer. I NEED TO FIGURE out how to do it...cause my chem grades suck and this lab will boost it up

First you locate the half lives of each one. Then you take the mean average of them. *Adding them all up and dividing by the total amount (5).

The easiest way is to find a copy of the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics. Your library should have one. I'm sure you can also Google a bit and find the same information.

The half-life of Al-28 is 2.31 minutes.

I'm not sure what you're needing to find the average of...Al-28 has only one half-life...
