my husband and i both went to the courthouse to have a restraining order put on her but they won't grant us one.i have taken pictures of the stuff they have done but it's like no one cares.tonight is our trick or treat and i just know that they are going to do something to our stuff.we don't have enough money to get a lawyer,we thought that since one of the ex's is married that it would all quit but it doesn't.we are very happy together but they are making our lives miserable.i've had two miscarriages one was with twins.this has to stop.

File a criminal case of unjust vexation and grave threats against the ex of your husband by narrating all the irregularities that were made against you and your properties so that appropriate action will be made by the Police and the Court.

Write them a letter outlining everything that they did and demand they stop. Make sure it is polite, but tell them that you no longer want anything to do with them and that you will turn the matter over to a legal source if you have to. Have it sent certified mail and get proof of service.
Should they keep this up, you can give a copy to the police and a lawyer.

Way too much drama for me
You definitely need to file for a restraining order, and he does as well.
I don't do drama very well, but if you're willing to stick it out, change the locks and invest in some surveillance equipment. You can also call a security service to patrol your house when you're not there.

You shouldn't have any problem obtaining a restraining order or possibly filing stalking charges..a video camera would help as well as a tape recorder and or witnesses ....Good Luck

consult an attorney. file for a restraining order, by law they have to issue one if you have any evidence. I'd start carrying a video camera to catch them.
if all else failsl, just kill the biatch
