Right click My Computer, choose Properties. Advanced tab. Performance section, Settings button. Advanced tab. Under Virtual memory, choose Change button. Look at the amount of SPACE AVAILABLE. If you have more than 8000MB, then choose Custom size, and make Initial size 2047MB and the Maximum size 2047MB. If you have less than 8000MB SPACE AVAILABLE, then use 1024MB instead of 2047MB for both settings. Click SET, then OK. Then restart your PC. No more issues.

If you have less than 5000MB SPACE AVAILABLE, choose System managed size, and get an external hard drive for holding your music, movies, pics, etc. You are running out of disk space.

The best thing to do would be install more RAM on your computer. If you are below 1 gb i recommend this. RAM costs around 50-100 bucks and more than that depending how much you buy. You can also try to free up space on your hard drive by deleting unneeded stuff and run less programs at the same time. Hope this helps.

Upgrade your RAM. In most cases, 1GB is the norm.
