All you need to know to complete the table is that the atomic number of an element is the number of protons, the mass number of an atom (on the top left of the symbol) is the sum of the number of protons + neutrons. The other handy bit of information is that the number of protons in the nucleus defines the element. So all carbon atoms have 6 protons...

That should let you complete the table on your own.
