Sugar Twin. Splenda is made from sugar, and even recommended by dietitians.

Splenda or Sugar Twin compared to what? Real sugar?

If the comparison is between the two sugar substitutes, there is no way to determine. There have not been any substantive, long-term studies that draw correlations based on the use of these products.

Hope this helps.

We will know the answer in about 10 to 20 years when the effects if any, show up in us or our kids. God help us!
We DO know the effects of sugar loaded and fat loaded and sodium loaded foods: this obesity epidemic, and huge rise in diabetes and hypertension, (high blood pressure).
400,000 Americans are now in total kidney failure and are getting dialysis 3 or more days a week. There would be many more on dialysis but they died. Fast foods and diabetes, high blood pressure from all that salt pork and high salt products like hot dogs, cold cuts, fast food, preprocessed food. Go to any major city and see the dialysis clinics lining the streets.
See the sick who consumed that sh*t go in by they bus load in wheel chairs and stretchers. We are either to stupid or too lazy to eat healthy and exersize.

I use Splenda sometimes. I don't think it is particularly bad for you. I have never used Sugartwin. Grams

There's no way of knowing this--yet. Everything they find out is 'bad' for us, they discover 20 years after we've been using it.
