I'm a senior in college who's not sure what she's going to pursue her master's in. Is it best to take the GMATs while a senior or should I wait until I figured out what I want to do my master's in?

you can take the GMAT whenever you want but most business schools will not let you in unless you have a significant amount of work experience with proof of increasing responsibility. If you can't wait for a MBA, try taking the GRE instead and getting a M.A. in business econ or so. The GRE is good for almost any masters program whereas GMAT is specific to an MBA.

The GMAT is specifically for business, so if you aren't sure that you want to get your master's in business, don't take the exam because you may need something like the GRE instead. If it is just a matter of deciding which area of business you plan to get your MBA in, take the GMAT while you are still in school (or shortly thereafter), while you still remember some of your math, and while the process of test-taking is still fresh.

It's really up to you. If you're afraid you're going to forget all your math after you graduate, now might be a good time to do it. If you'd rather not spend $250 on something you're not sure you're going to use, hold off. (Unless you're pretty sure that whatever you're going to get your masters' in will be business-related, you might also want to consider the GRE instead; that's more generally applicable.)
