I really think these people don't know. If you are on the east coast too late. Elsewhere in the country you've still got time. Taco Bell is giving away a free 99 cent taco between 2 and 5 to all comers in honor of Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury stealing 2nd base in the second game of the World Series.
