Plus, white people can't help the fact that their ancestors treated black people poorly. You can't blame them for theior ancestors mistakes. It's wrong for anyone to be racist but ethics doesn't seem to be deal breaker for anyone these days. At least you have an irrefutable, sound reason on which to predicate your ignorant hatred and that's better than most people.

Yeah,H, as a general rule of thumb, I always include my own sweeping generalizations when I attempt to make an argument against someone else making sweeping generalizations. Personally, I can't think of a better way to combat ignorance than adding my own to the pot. Obviously, the whole race doesn't have brains. Oh, and the word is "does." "Dose" is a particular measure of something like "one dose of ignorance was added to the boiling pot." I've reviewed your answers so I know this isn't a typo and it's super annoying.

Every "race" and culture has things to be ashamed of. I'm ashamed as a human at the genocide and atrocities that have been carried out in our history.

The problem is, you're confusing cultures with skin color. Just because someone has white skin, doesn't mean they would act a certain way or believe it's ok to carry out these acts. That's what makes it racist, and that's what makes it wrong. Everyone knows Hitler was an insane bigot (to put it nicely), but does everyone with white skin think he had it right? No! There is a relatively tiny group of ignorant disenchanted teenagers who are pissed off at their parents and got brainwashed into becoming skinheads who idolize Hitler. Everyone else on the planet, no matter what their skin color, knows Hitler was a dangerous madman who had to be stopped, and we all pray nothing like that will ever happen again.

So don't be racist, it's wrong to generalize people by their skin color. Hitler showed us the dangers of that kind of thinking.
