Limit use of all caps and use of multiple exclamation points.

Make your title short and to the point.

Put your question in the proper category.

Avoid limiting verbiage (e.g., "don't bother answering if you...", "i don't want to hear anything from...").

Be patient and don't take non-response personally. Once a question has scrolled off the first page, you're much less likely to get a response.

Resubmit your question at different times in the day. Different answerers frequent the site at different times.
