How good are they this year?

Michigan only has 2 wins over top 25 teams and struggled against Eastern Michigan and Northwester so I would say they're not that good. Purdue is not in the top 25 anymore so I can't count that. I would say that they're good but they're not Michigan good if you know what I mean. The defense has only really played worth a flip in 1 game and that was against Penn State. If they can beat Ohio State and finish with only 2 losses on the year, I'll say they're really good and admit that the Appy State game was a fluke.It probably won't be good enough for Lloyd Carr to keep his job though but we'll see.

The Wolve's are good and should be a top 10 team. They had a bad start losing to 2 very good teams.
App ST maybe div 1-aa but they are (i believe) 2 time defending 1-aa champs.
The game vs OSU will be the tell all for both teams.
(btw life long (40+) OSU fan)

They started out slow but it seems that Michigan has turned the season around. November 17th in Ann Arbor will show us what they are made of. Michigan wins the Big Ten this year.

If you're talking about the football team, i have to question their heart and desire. I started doing that when they lost their first two games at home! When they started, they were ranked No. 5 and projected to be a Top 10 finish. Now, they don't even deserve to be in the Top 20! How could you lose to a punk team like Appalachian State and then get stomped on by a Pac10 team in your house the next week? It's almost like they never flat-out invited them to their house and buzzed them in, but they just blew it open! They play MSU, i think, on Saturday. If they lose to them, they lose bragging rights for the season and maybe forever!

Yes.. they are very good. Look at the top teams and see who they've lost to. Michigan lost to the defending two time NC Champs of Div. 1AA.. I'm sorry, but just because they're AA doesn't mean they couldn't go out and whoop up on anyone in A...
Mike Hart is the man... Chad Henne is amazing....
Really they should be top 15... but oh well. Yes... the Rines are really good this year.. unlike Notre Lame

Wellll...No, they suck. There is hope though. All you folks need is a good coach. If our coach loses Saturday, we'll buy his bus ticket and send him your way. He knows the area, knows where all the men's rooms are, and maybe, just maybe, he won't squander the talent on your team the way he has ours for the past 2 years.

Bad idea to ask here cause everyone whose not a fan has their finger up their butt and will say no just cause they aren't a fan. I'm not a fan but I'll give an honest answer
Yes they are good they are 7-2 which is GOOD.

heck yes, the rock, but i'm biased cuz i'm a michigan fanatic
the team themselves make it to the rose bowl nearly every yr, so there very good they r currently 7-2
