Love yourself. Unconditionally. Accept yourself and act based on how you feel and think. Never compromise with anyone, regardless of the fears and consequences.

And try EFT. www.emofree.com

If you hate someone, turn the hatred inward, find out why you hate yourself. If someone hates you and you feel the hurt, turn the hurt inward, and see how you hurt yourself.

You cannot change anyone, but you can transform yourself. That's the journey.

All of us have been through these feelings of hatred. I personally know the way it feels.
Later in time, I still could not get over it…then I read,

“Hatred is like a curve blade” meaning the pain comes back to you in the end.

Yes it seems that the more I hate the more I hurt inside and should I do drastic things then in the end, It is I who will suffer the consequences. My aggressive youth has Hatred written next to my name for those who did me wrong and the fate I went through in life.

At my age, I learned slowly, clearly analyzing that most of those were my fault to start with, I was just too young and stubborn to admit. Apologizing was never for the likes of me!! uh uh!

But …

Hatred has a cause and it is best settled or you destroy yourself by having no peace at all.
Analyzing the circumstances is not advisable because it will only give bias results. YOU will always be right BUT think again “were you?”
Try very hard to admit faults, not easy!! But just say you are Sorry and let time settle the truth of the matter. Not because you “apologize” it means you are “Wrong”. You are just giving peace to the situation but at this point you too can show the truth of the matter. This is a smart move.

It is easier to settle a grudge in peace. “There is not only a day in our life” Dear. there are other days to come…Soon, you will prove your worth to this person and that is the time for realization of the old fault. Funny but maybe by then you will be over it too and forgiving comes easy. TIME heal all wounds dear.

Today “HATRED” to me is quite heavy for me to bear. Anger or grudge perhaps but hatred is pain that kills you little by little and tends to alter your better self.

I pray for God to remove this Hatred feeling at once because I know it will occupy my mind and I will suffer the consequences while the person concern might not be even thinking as deep of the situation. So dear, hush hush now and smile… Never let hatred scar your heart.
Let God finish all your battles, believe me there is always justice in this life of ours, God will give her trials maybe not exactly be the same or pertaining to your quarrel …but I assure you that person has other things disturbing her/him. Other problems you will be thankful you are not in her shoe.

Be smart and don’t be sensitive, you will just do harm to yourself.
Be beautiful and never again hate … be mad or angry but don’t hate dear…
It alters all that is Beautiful in you…
