A lawyer has a law degree and passes the bar examine in order to be able to practice his profession.. He can pick from many specialties or be able to handle many.. There is a Corporate Lawyer, Criminal Defense, and Prosecutor, or District Attorney or just a private practice attorney.. They all take care of matters involving various matter of law. A surgeon is one who has gone to Medical School, and gets his MD. Medical Degree. He then goes through more specialized training to become a surgeon..It's a very grueling and serious doctor position..Surgeons perform all kinds of operations, but some are tops in a certain field and only they will do extremely difficult ones.. They work on healing the body.. Lawyers are more like trying to heal justice and make it right for the party they represent.

A lawyer is afraid of blood, and has a less rigorous and shorter period of required formal education to get his license. A lawyer may specialize on his own path, but a surgeon has a prescribed course of four or more additional years of residency and required training after getting his M.D. before he can be a specialist in this area of medicine..

a lawyer is someone that is skilled in persuading the judge in the courtroom to consider you innocent of what you were to be accused of. And a surgeon is like a Doctor except he/she will do the surgery on you if you were to be injured badly.
