If America is so hated, then why do we have millions of people risking their lives sometimes to get here. It reminds me of what Reagan said one time in front of the Berlin Wall during the 80's "Our country may have it's problems, but we have never had to build a wall to keep our citizens IN"

Middle eastern countries hate what we stand for: Democracy, equal rights to women and minorities, freedom of speech and religion, and to make money in a vast economy. For that same reason OTHER people want in.

The only ones who hate America are the liberal Democrats and the mainstream media who live here.
There are no walls keeping them in, they should go to some socialist country, if they will take them.
Why do liberals hate America so much? Answer: because we are a capitalist nation, and there is no dominating welfare state that controls us, yet.
What will happen if liberals succeed in nationalizing everything? Will they still hate America? Or will they turn their hatred onto any rouge conservatives, like the Nazi's did to the Jews?

Hello? The people who say they detest the USA are NOT the same people applying for admission and citizenship. And despite that old a$$hole Reagan's blather, the Berlin Wall was built to keep Western influence out of East Germany.

The world is a big place, with all kinds of people. Some love America, some hate it, some just love the money they can make here and some envy people who have more than they have.

You had to bring up that fool. For one the people put our country down are not the same people that are running to our boarders. The people at our boarders are running from the people that are putting the USA down. But during WWI and WWII we did build fences around our German and Japans population : many History books like to leave that point of history out of the record. Plus the Arab world can not understand why we sub port Israel, for that matter neither do I. This country has made many deals then never fulfiled them, and we are for ever putting our noises were they do not belong. Then thats what happens in a durnockice!

Most of them aren't risking a whole lot anymore, and the ones who are coming aren't the ones saying that. This country is not perfect, but some people are so insecure that they cannot deal with the idea of any problems existing here. And until you admit there are problems, there's no way they'll get solved.

You speak of "people" as they are one thing. Some hates US and don't want to come here. Some hates the government but loves the lifestyle. Some just come here to make money. They each have different reasons.

We welcome them all provided they come here legally and contribute to the society while they leap the benefit of being here.

The left's assertion that the world hates the US is a myth which is pumped up by the media. I've lived in Europe for the last five years and have never met a single person who said that they hate America.
