Can you call them a rework the terms of the loan to a more affordable payment? I have never heard of actual people showing up to collect a loan payment on a legitimate loan, but have some Italian family members that might make the trip to someones place of business!
I would report their business practices to the Better Business Bureau, call your State's Attorney's Office for advice and possible help, and report their presence on private property to the local police.
It is pretty stupid of them to jeopardize your job. If you get fired because of this harassment you will not be able to pay them anything at all.

Yes, this is harrassment! They should give you at least a couple of days to pay anyway. Make a report.

Regardless if you own them money, they are harassing you. Call the police and talk to them about it.
