The only news is that it is a "minor royal". That would indicate a distant relative of the Sovereign whose DNA made them eligible to be on the dole.

i think they're coming from stupid people who have not have been given something extra useful to do than watch the soaps and shop a watch on the Royals. have not heard something new of previous due in any case, hee hee!
