My sister asked me what my favorite color was and i said purple and then she said purple is the color of gay people. But you cant really trust her alot, so im asking you.

and no purple is NOT the color for gays.. the representation that the gays/lesbians have gotten have been the rainbow.. but not even the rainbow means gay..
Everyone is alowed to like which ever color they like..

so don't trust her.. she just probably said it because since its a light (almost like pink.. more girly color) more of a color that a girl would like she said it was a gay color..

LoL! No, purple is not the "gay" color. If you've seen the flag, it's rainbow...so purple is included. But usually the homosexual community is often symbolized by the rainbow.

No, I don't look purple at all. I'm kinda pinky-beige colored, with red hair and blue eyes. No purple anywhere except my sneakers today.
We come in all different colors, and we each have our own favorite color.

yeah , traditionally it is . now about halloween , yall , it was originally called samhain , a celtic and pre celtic holy night . it originally kicked off the new year .it was associated with the fairies , the little people . we were supposed to consort w them , in some forgotten way . anyway , purple is violet , and the violet flower used to be worn to signify that one did not intend to marry . the purple flower narcissus is named after the greek god who fell in love w his own reflection . it grew up out of the place he died in the story .
