pulling feeling near bellybutton?

i was suopse to get my period on sat but nothing. and ive had this feeling a few times in the last few days, what could it be?

I am not sure what it is.

But I get it a lot, and I am 26 weeks pregnant.

Well actually I only got it until I took out my belly ring, but I dont think it is anything to be worried about.

I dont think it is pregnancy related

Gas. Nothing happens with your belly this early.
