My printer just got new black and colour ink cartridges and now my printer isnt printing properly, The pictures come out blue and or purple. I tried the nozzle alignment and print head tests but nothin happens after it prints out the page. The colour is off and all of the squares (A to K) arent looking right but I dont know how to adjust this. Does anybody know how to help? Thanks!

If your printer has a program with it, try using that for troubleshooting. Otherwise, go to your Control Panel and choose Printers. Check your preferences or printer properties on the faulty printer, and see if the help or printer services buttons are available for troubleshooting. If that doesn't work and there's nothing on the screen where you can test calibration, check Canon's website for troubleshooting.

Another option would be to try different ink cartridges if you have any others.
