ok so i got a new cell phone the strawberry...=D
anywayz its locked and so i look at the book that it comes with ya know if you need help and it said to use the the last digits of ESN DEC..

wat the hell is dat??

hey i don't know what esn or dec is
but if your phone is locked type in the last 4 digits of your cell number
that works on all phones i'm pretty sure.

The ESN is the Electronic Serial Number printed on the back under the battery. Sometimes going through the menu, some models will display the ESN on the screen for you.. It could be a number that is not a base 10 number but rather Hex decimal in which case a call to your customer service will get you the decoded number.
