No one taught them better.

"People are often unreasonable,
Illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind,
People may accuse
You of selfish motives;
Be kind anyway."

"You don't have any control over how your deeds and actions are perceived.
You only have control over you own motive when you spoke or acted."

For some people they struggle with having a love in their heart for there fellow human beings, As a Christian I have been on two mission trips this summer to Miss. As poor as they are down there and as struggling as they are they very seldom talk with there neighbors and some of them don't want to even say a word to you. People as you said are miserable and they need a heart transplant. You would think they would all have something in common and they would work together but it is just the opposite. Some are so jealous that they would help their neighbor do anything. It just simply amazes me. The ones that are working together have made a lot of progress. But some just can't love and give love, for reasons only they know.

A lack of self confidence.
They feel they are inferior, so have to in force themselves, on others.
