a)what happens to people with 6 pack abs when they get punched in the gut while their not flexing.
b)This ever happen to anybody here who does have a 6 pack. c)does it hurt them more than somebody who has fat?
can anyone answer all these questions

yes-me and i never work out!! =] im a lazy bum!! but i have one!
a.) it hurts, no matter what kind of pack you have
b.) no, i flex all the time thats how i got my pack.
c.) it depends, it probably does hurt more, because fat is cushiony, softer, i no when i hit my stomach while i'm flexing and it hurts!!

I'll try because I am a female as was a body builder. I have seen many six pack abs in the gym with men. Because the muscles are hard and there is that automatic reflex to pull in when getting punched in the stomach, I don't think it would hurt more than someone with fat. If you punch something hard.......it doesn't give way like the fat would. So I would say no and I box too.....so I do know something about this.

a) it dosnt really hurt at all just leaves a little red mark
b) yes
c) no because people with fat teand to suck in more and it hurts worse because the hand go farther in the stomach. ( i know it sounds gross but it is true)
oh and yes i have seen someone with a visible 6 pack of abs.. me!

yes, well actually if looked as if it was more of an 10 pack...D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! I'm sure it hurts a little when he/she gets hit .
In order to find out if it hurt worst then someone that is fat...that person (with the six pack) would have had to been fat before or after.

when i look in the mirror
a) haven't got punched yet , but i guess if i did and not flexing wld be pretty winded and fall over
i would say a real fat person would be able to take a good hit the guts coz fat after all is a insulator and a shock absorber

I can't answer the second questions but I have seen a few guys with 6 pack abs. Personally I don't find it that attractive but each to their own.

a) Well, when I get punched in the gut it tends to hurt... really bad.
