I tried it using a calculator
2.232^2.232 = 6.0018...........
by trial & error you could get it closer

It's really difficult to do by hand, and would just be a waste of trees!
I would suggest simply using a calculator to square root the Y value. if you don't have a calculator available, go to Calculator.com. They have all sorts of calculators available for FREE.

you can´t do algebraically
This equation becomes x* ln (x) = lny
In this case x=2.23182862441 with a scientific calculator
