you need a simple white or off-white gown, and sandals.
you need black eye-liner and blue eyeshadow. A black wig with stright hair is good; especially if it has nice even bangs.
If you have a cool belt or sash, use that - espeicially if it looks remotely like gold. use every single piece of jewelry you can beg, borrow or ... well, don't steal.
gold glitter, nail polish, or anything else golden as well.
The hardest part would be the serpent crown; that's a toughie on short notice. I guess you could crumple foil and shape that; then use as much gold glitter as possible on it.

You can get a pattern from walmart and sew one, i cant remember what the number is, good luck!

Attack a plastic (or real) snake to your chest (boob). Also a large head thingamabob.
