Yes, and now..as a grandmother, I pull them off and give them to my granddaughter,,,it's like a candy surprise!!! She loves them..

You know, I've never tried that before. It sounds like a lot of fun though! The only thing is I'd be a little bit worried about the purity of the ice, since nowadays the pollution is increasing a bit. But I'd sure like to try that out in the country, maybe in Alaska someday.

yeah I have, plenty of times, i even break them off for my daughter to eat now. I know its "unclean" cause it came off the dirty roof but I enjoyed it as a kid and I lived to tell about it so I know my daughter will too.
