How do I delete from the computer?

How do I delete from the pull down bar at the top of the screen all the places that I've been? When the bar is empty and I hit the down arrow it show's a whole bunch of sites. I want to clean this out and delete it all. Help?!

if you are in IE

1. on the right side of the IE window click tools
2.in the dropdown menu click "Internet Options"
3. under Browser History click "delete"
4. when the popup comes up click "delete all"
5. another popup will come up click "yes"

If you are referring to URLs then clear history. If you are referring to search terms then turn off auto fill or click on empty box, drop down to first item, and press delete until they are all gone.

Go to tools, internet options, delete browing history. If that doesn't work, locate the 'cache' file and delete everything out of it. If that doesn't work, delete internet explorer and install Firefox 2.0 as your wb browser. Firefox is better anyway...

Delete history

Assuming your using windows explorer - tools > Internet options - click the button to clear history.

Uh-oh....what are you trying to hide there?? Go to the start menu, settings, and then there should be an option to delete browsing history. Hope that works.
