Hey there!

Binary system. 1 in binary is 1, 2 in binary is 10. So, since 1+1=2, in decimal system, similarly 1+1=10 in Binary System.

Pretty cool, huh?

Hope it helps!

That is the usual 1+1=2 but in base 2.

Your problem is largely miss information since 1 + 1 =2
however if you were talking about other things for example
1(high five) + 1 (low five) = 10
or 1(5 dollar bill) + 1(5 dollar bill) = 10 dollars

as i said this could would but you would need to explain your question more.

This is true in binary arithmetic (base 2). 10 in binary is the same as 2 in decimal.

You obviously understand binary!

Geek joke: "There are 10 types of people in this world. Those that understand binary and those that don't."

1 + 1 = 10 (in base 2)

what you have written is "one plus one equals two"

You just haven't written it in our usual base ten numeration system. You have written it in binary, as an earlier poster hinted at.
