My vote goes to Em on that "bin Laden" track he did with immortal & green lantern.........the lyrics, (and I quote) "I don't rap for dead presidents, I'd rather see the President Dead, It's never been said but I set precedents" (wow)

"How we stop the Black Panthers, Ronald Regand cooked up an answer" - Kanye - Crack Music

"This is the type of information that they keep from Peter Jennings,
Cause Condoleeza Rice is just a new age Sally Hemmings"
Immortal Technique - 4th Branch - pretty much whole song is controversial along with "Bin Laden"

"Why did Bush knock down the towers" - Jadakiss - Why? - Also sampled in "Bin Laden", this song got a lot of radio play (of course they bleeped this part out but still)

Oh yeah and anything from Charlie Check'm.
haha

The question title reminded me of this, it cracks me up everytime:

I'd rather f*ck an albino//
At least I know she's coming from the nubian//
And not the Ku Klux Klan that you be in//
And I don't give a f*ck if your family is rich//
You're still a little cave b*tch//

Cube used to go HARD.

IT is pretty controversial, though it's getting a little tiring.

And you can't fathom the truth so you don't hear me//
You think illuminati's just a f*cking conspiracy theory?//
That's why conservative racists are all running sh*t//
And your phone is tapped by the federal government//

Honestly, if he believes in that NWO crap, then you have to question what kind of a thinker he is.

"Now way back in the days when hip-hop began With CoQue LaRock, Kool Herc, and then Bam Beat boys ran to the latest jam But when it got shot up they went home and said "Damn There's got to be a better way to hear our music every day Beat boys gettin blown away but comin outside anyway" They tried again outside in Cedar Park Power from a street light made the place dark But yo, they didn't care, they turned it out I know a few understand what I'm talkin about Remember Bronx River rollin thick With Kool DJ Red Alert and Chuck Chillout on the mix When Afrika Islam was rockin the jams And on the other side of town was a kid named Flash Patterson and Millbrook projects Casanova all over, ya couldn't stop it The Nine Lives Crew, the Cypress Boys The real Rock Steady takin out these toys As odd as it looked, as wild as it seemed I didn't hear a peep from a place called Queens" South Bronx-Boogie down productions

The Coup-5 Million Ways To Kill A CEO

(Talking about ways to kill a CEO)
"Tell him it's a twenty in a vat 'o hot oil
When he jump in after it watch him boil"

If you were asking the most controversial album cover though the album this song is in, Party Music, wins hands down. Not the one you see on iTunes, the original (it was so controversial they had to change it).

The line from Joe Buddens on an Usher remix. (It got banned) where he says if he found out the girl was pregnant he would push her down the stairs.
