First of all it's your lover, he doesn't care how long you've been together just as long as his wife doesn't find out.
And I havnt heard of anyone seriously celebrating a "month" anniverasary since high school. My guess if you're no older than 18 or 19.
Best thing you can do is, grow up.

That's disgusting. If it's because one or both are cheating on a spouse then you are rather messed up in the head for wanting to celebrate an anniversary with someone who is a cheater.
