that depends on who owns the company he works for...

probably D A

but fairness would be it is the companies responsibility to protect its own computers....

The answers are D and A respectively, assuming Dr. Bob owned this company. If he doesn't own it, then the owner is responsible for not having proper safeguards in place to prevent these sorts of things.
