It would not work for me....i simply need space. But i can understand the practicality of it.

i know most "christians" oppose it, but it makes sense to do this before getting married.

It all depends honestly. I live with my girlfriend and for me it's a better approach to things. You can see how they are and what to expect for when you do get married. I personally like the idea of living with someone before or during an engagement but deffinately before marriage. Just gives me a heads up on how they are going to be around me.

NO! That's how a lot of marriages and engagements end. You need to be with the person in so many ways before you know that they are "the one" and how they will react to certain situations. Love is love. Marriage adds nothing to the feeling. Just as there is marriage without love there is love without marriage.
