54 minutes and warranty has sent me back to the store for the second time to have the phone inspected.

Dude, this thing plus no signal inside of our house had been precisely the reason we dropped ATT and switched to Cingular. Now, that it's back to square one, everything began to suck again.

It seems cingular and AT&T has murged, but if your having problems reaching custermer service, then try dialing 1-888-757-6500 and you should reach an operator shortly.

really that is growing pains. it will get better.
I am with S[print and the old Nextel poeple complain they are getting less than expected service. always trying to improve and will happen at your site too.

you typically will find this with any name change or merger and will probably take a few months to clear up....trust me i have been through 2 mergers working in/with the wireless industry...unfortuately its the nature of the beast
