Im sort of in the middle, i think its great fun for kids, but then i hate it when kids keep pestering me and ringing my doorbell every 5 mins! And even when i do give them some sweets they still decide to egg the house anyway!! Once some i opened the door, and the kids shouted trick or treat, so i said trick, just to see what they do, and they all just stood there confused! They didnt even know why they were saying the phrase in the first place! The look on their faces was hilarious!

i love halloween!!! i actually think it is my favorite holiday! Its really the only time as adults that we can dress like hookers, be creative with our make-up and actually get away with it! lol!

Let's say it's inconvenient for you or unpleasant.
Safety Tips: If you don't give out candy, shut off all the lights, and park all your cars at a store or safe place where it will NOT be egged. We have done this with much success. If you see a bunch of kids going to egg you, turn the hose on or scare them with your ghost costume. You see the trick is how you treat them. Anything goes on Halloween.

i like halloween
we are not home on that night so
i dont have anyone at the door .lol
why dont you put the candy outside on a stool
write a note one peice
last year my kids went to this house
and they said tricker treat and
the guy said heres the treat forget the trick !!
my kids didnt know what to do
they stood there looking at him
he put a bag of popcorn in there
and it was open on the bottem
we will not be going back there !!

I love it! Calum H - what a great idea. How did you do it? We do the tricks to meanies but never ever egging them - what a waste of eggs! Be tempted to do it to the bible bashers though!!
Even the dog's got a devil costume this year and Im hoping I get some screams with the spider.

When I was in grade school, to save parent's money, I wore my dance recital costumes for the following Halloween. Being in the spirit of the night, I danced up and down the block trick-or-treating.

I agree. My mother never let me go out at Halloween because she didn't like it but I have no problem with it. Luckily our house doesn't get attacked with eggs! I think it best not to answer because mum will never by any candy!

if you get annoid with the kids ringing your doorbell every 5 min then go out trick or treating!! i personally love it & this year i am going to be Jessie the cowgirl from Toy Story & my puppy Kiwi is going to be my horse Bullseye!!!!!!!!!!

It's for kids for sure and I actually have school tommorow evening so I don't get to pass out candy to the trick or treaters this year.

i love halloween, it gives me a good excuse to dress up in my witches outfit and my kids love dressing up too, we have great fun on halloween i decorate my house and carve a pumpkin we play games and have a scary tea, we love halloween including the trick or treaters, its just a bit of fun shame it only last's one day!

it's fun, i just like playing with the kids,
one year i hooked up a squirter to shoot out red coloured water from my "severed hand" wasn't actually severed but looked like it - i opened the door, squirted and that was it the only year i kept all the sweets for my self

I love Halloween !! I like to give out handfuls of candy & see what all the lil kiddies are wearing! It's fun for me! Plus I like carving the pumpkins also!! Fun, fun, fun!! Boooooooo~~~
