There is no real "founder" of geography because it is a discipline that has been around for so long and have taken so many other subjects into it. However, historically speaking Eratosthenes of Greece is known as the "father of Geography" as he defined the word and determined the circumference of the earth.

He's actually a very extraordinary man and is worth reading up on sometime if you have the time.

This is like asking who invented history. Geography has always been here since the time of the cave man. Let's go visit Ug over the next hill is an example of geography.
