Always wear pantyhose with a skirt or dress (for an interview at least). Better to come off as too conservative then you can feel out the business environment and see if it's lax enough to go without nylons. I'd go with a nude color. Black on black is too overpowering. Black is a power color and can be a little intimidating. Just make sure to wear black shoes and it'll pull the outfit together quite nicely for an interview. Hope you get the job!

Plan carefully what you are going to wear for the big day. Remember that for the interviewer is likely to be of your parents' generation, and consider the nature of the orgnization you are going to. It is best to choose something conventional/coservative but which is comfortable to wear,

Clothes that you know you fell happy in are a better choice than a new outfit which could make you self conscious. Natural fibres such as cotten, wool and silk are more comfortable and cool. They are less likely to make you overheat than synthetic materials. Dont wear anything tight.

Footwear needs to look good and feel good too. Check your shoes are clean, unscuffed and in good repair. If they are causing discomfort, it will show on your face!

Pay attention to personal hygiene. Stress makes us perspire more, so it is not wise to use very heavily scented deoderants or colognes as their perfumes become more concentrated with rises in temperature.

Lastly jewellery might accesorise an outfit, but again dont over do it, and women should normally go easy on make up while going gor an interview.

Best of luck! :)

in this case, I actually probably would wear nylons. I would probably do either a nude color to match my skin tone. Or a slightly off black color. a lot of it would depend on the shoe I was wearing as well.

Wear nude/flesh colored. Make sure the hem of the dress is below the knee, and that the heels are not f**k-me shoes. Don't overcompensate for a short stature with a 6 inch heel.

If you have nice legs, wear shear. If not, then wear black.
