i am a wing-nut...i have perfected my own sauce that starts with Franks (only because i haven't figured out how to make my own franks type of sauce) but then i add a whole realm of secret "stuff"....i have tried all sorts of wings, where ever i am, the "wingdome" in seattle has a level 5 wing that will take your picture and hang it if you eat it....and it's actually not that bad...anyhoo...my personal favorite is the good ol fashion buffalo hot wings....there is a place where i live that has wasabi-hot wings...those are pretty good but still, buffalo style is where it's at! I usually have about 3 wingings per week...monday night football is all you can eat wings at Old Chicago....wed night is 25 cent wing night at a local bar...and on Sunday i make my own for the Seahawk games

Being from Buffalo, it's Frank's and butter, there is no other.
1/2 cup of Franks Original Hot Sauce and a stick of butter. Put together in pan and simmer till butter is melted. Blend well and pour on your deep friend chicken wings!
That is for the original Buffalo Hot Wings.
EDIT: For suicide wings add cayenne pepper to taste. Serve it up with blue cheese dip and celery and carrot sticks.

If it's chicken wings, then definitely buffalo - hot, but flavorful. Some buffalo sauces are just hot with no flavor.
But if it's regular grilled chicken, my hands-down favorite is called "We're Talkin' Serious, Bone-Suckin' Sauce." Nothin' better!

Just about anything tastes great on wings. In a pinch, mustard mixed with ketchup works pretty well!
