I am in Germany, right now I have 19.50. I want to participate in a live discussion in the Washington Post that starts at 3 p.m. ET. When is that?

the others are correct - for this week only. Germany is almost always 6 hours ahead of Eastern time, but this week it is only 5 hours of difference. so 3pm ET = 8pm (20:00) Euro time.

But you've switched to winter time and we don't until this weekend. So if this is a regular event, then next week (and all winter long) it'll be later; 3 pm ET will equal 9pm/21:00 Euro time.
