Well he smokes Mariquana like once a day. Will that affect me getting pregnant? Because we have been trying and I got pregnant once by him and got a miscarrage. Did that affect my pregnancy? Also we have not been using any condoms or protection for a year now and like make love everyday, does this affect me from not getting pregnant?
Amswering my questions will help me try to get pregnant.

Marijuana has been known to decrease sperm motility, meaning they can't move like they should, or as fast as they should. Just as with anything else, it doesn't mean he will have issues because he smokes pot. it just has been "known" to cause low motility. I don't believe it can affect a pregnancy (his smoking pot) but I can't say for sure. You can always research that kind of stuff.
If you two have been TTC for over a year, itsa time to make an appointment with an OBGYn. they'lll check you out, and also have a semen analysis done on your boyfriend, which will tell you if there are any fertility issues on his end.

It can affect his sperm quality/count. Also having sex every day is not letting him replinish his swimmer supply. Every other day or 2 is better. Him doing drugs also carries risks to defects in the child. My ex had ther same very bad habit and my daughter ended up with a neuro disorder that nobody else in the family has had. For the baby's sake and yours you shoudl try and get him to quit..do you want to raise your child around that?

NO, it won't stop you getting pregnant.
My Husband is a pot smoker and he had no problems getting me pregnant...even though I was on the contraceptive pill both times...from experience I would argue that it makes it more potent lol....oh and ignore the idiots that say stay away..I bet they wouldn't say the same if your bloke was having a couple of pints a day....sheesh...

well my husband has been a pot smoker since he was 16 year.. and he smokes at LEAST once a day. i got pregnant with only one time of him ejaculating in me. that's all it took.
so while it CAN lower his sperm count it could also be that it's something wrong with YOU.

him smoking weed wouldnt have caused a miscarriege but him smoking can decrease his sperm count making it more difficult for u to become preganant but it want stop you from becoming pregnant it just lowers the chance, then if he was a non-smoker you could become pregnant faster cause he would ejaculate more live sperm

Yes, marijuana lowers a man's sperm count.
And remember that pot smoker does not equal pothead. Some other answerers seem to have forgotten that.

Question for you....WHY would you want to have baby with a man who smokes pot? Don't you want your baby to be brought into a HEALTHY enviornment?

mariguana did not cause the misscariage, you can still get pregnant, it just lowers his sperm count. So it will take longer to get pregnant since it lowers the chances due to impairing his sperm.

Why on earth do you want to carry a pothead's baby? Of course this could affect his sperm or the child you want to have - you're crazy! This isn't a good idea at all!
